Our team provides a range of services with respect to wills and probate matters, including the drafting of wills, applications to the court for grant of probate/letters of administration.
We have also acted for clients in applications to court under the Mental Capacity Act.
We advise on both wills regulated by the Syariah law, as well as wills regulated by the civil law.
